You can donate online donation to SERUDS NGO India through GiveIndia, an NGO that raises funds for the poorest of the poor inIndiaby helping you donate money to 220 trustworthy charities in India.
Please note that before you donate donation via GiveIndia you need to sign up for an account with them and then login to the account.
 Here are some steps you would need to follow in order to donate through GiveIndia:

b)    Choose a donation option to view its details.
c)     Click on the ‘Proceed to Donate’ link
d)    Existing users of GiveIndia can Login using their Email ID and password (on the left hand side of the page). New Users can Sign up by filing in few details (on the right hand side of the page).
e)     After checking contents of your donation cart click on 'Proceed' button.
f)     You can choose to pay for your donation using Credit Card/ PayPal or Cheque. Select the payment option most convenient to you. (Payment via Paypal might require you to set up a Paypal account first)
g)    Please note that GiveIndia charges 9.1% over the donation amount to defray their expenses. This extra amount will also be charged to you.
h)     You will get a transaction ID on completion of your online donation and a tax e-receipt will be emailed to you once the donation amount reaches GiveIndia successfully. GiveIndiasite is a very sign secured site for donating money to charity.
